PLUM CRAZY CLASSICS HAS

prices the competitors will not match.
This 1969 Ford F-100 short bed is a very nice running and driving classic truck. Very potent FE Big Block (390) with a 4-speed manual transmission. Lots of chrome, aluminum Edelbrock intake, Holley 4 barrel, vacuum canister, headers and dual exhaust with Cherry Bomb Glass-packs (sounds awesome!! - Not too loud but does have a great rumble to it). This engine starts right up every time and idles good. No misses or hesitations. NO LEAKS. Nice and dry. New waterpump. Odometer and title show 24,375 miles as original, but we can not verify that. The suspension is very tight and handles very well for an almost 50 year old truck. Chome sway bars front and rear. Rear also has traction bars. Brakes are very good and has been upgraded to front discs and a dual master cylinder. Very good condition raised white letter radial tires. It has also had the gas tank removed from behind the rear seats and an aluminum fuel cell has been mounted under the bed. Much safer and adds to the custom look of the truck. The interior is absolutely beautiful for a truck int his price range. Custom seats, headliner and door panels. Carpet is in very nice condition, as is the chrome trim on the dash and through out the interior. There are several custom billet pieces, including some dash knobs and switches, turn signal and tilt levers are also billet. Has radio but it does not always work well. You would probably want to upgrade to something more modern anyway, or just listen to the sweet sounds of that Big Block FE Engine!! Tilt steering column. Glass is all good except driver side window. It appears that LMC truck sells replacement side glass for under $100.The body of this truck is in very good condition, but is not perfect. I am guessing the truck was built in the 80s or 90s. The body seams were filled and antenna was frenched in. These were very common custom touches back then. There are places where you can see some of the body seams and there are a few places that has some bubbling under the paint. All very minor. That being said, look at the undercarriage!!! Cab floors and bed floor appear to be virtually rust free!! Inner fender wells and door bottoms are excellent. It does appear that at some point the hood came up while driving, as there is a small dent in the center of the hood and a corresponding small dent in the center of the roof where it would have hit We are trying to be very honest in our description. This is a great "20 footer". That is, you can drive and enjoy as is while you slowly start redoing some of the items this truck would need to be a show truck. I get compliments everywhere we take it. If you were to redo the body and paint it, you would have a $25,000 to $30,000 truck (remember - it is a short bed; what every wants). or, just drive it as is and enjoy a bargain priced big block short bed manual trans classic vehicle.
