If you want one of the best 71’ Buick Riviera’s available then you should consider this one. If you are looking at this ad then you already know that the 71’ Riviera is the one to own especially with the highly desirable optional equipment of this one. This car has all of its original documentation and has been completely rebuilt 4,000 miles ago and includes over 150 invoices. There are no issues. All power options work correctly including cold AC. I have over 100 photos and running and driving videos if there is something you need to see. The car runs, drives, starts beautifully and is super quiet ( except for the rumble of the dual stainless exhaust ) and is rattle free and is completely rust free. The entire car was dechromed and painted over a rust free body and has been water sanded and polished and is beautiful, the optional bucket seat/console interior is spectacular, the bumpers have both been professionally rechromed. The original 455 CI engine has been completely rebuilt as well as the transmission, full braking system, power steering system, stainless exhaust system, new radiator and A/C system and all work perfectly. The original vinyl roof is mint. The glass is perfect. The 4 original T3 headlamps are perfect. The 5 Buick chrome rally rims are pit free and the chrome is flawless as are the door handles. The car has retained all of its original documentation including window sticker, original bill of sale with salesman’s business card owners manual, warranty info, operating info and order form. I am available to answer any questions if you are serious. The car is in Toronto Ontario and can be easily exported back to the US. Please only bid if you intend to purchase.I personally own 25 cars, I am listing it because I also own an identical 71’ Riviera GS. I know these cars well, I have owned 6 other boat tails. Pictures do not do this car justice, it is beautiful. These are getting harder to find every day. Good luck and thanks for looking. Btw this car was judged by the Buick Club of America and was awarded 395/400 points. The 5 lost points were for non authentic parts, fan belts, wipers and a clamp which have been corrected. The scoring sheets come with the car. The car was originally ordered with the notch back bench Custom Interior with centre armrest as seen on the window sticker and was upgraded to the bucket seats and console and using all 71' Buick Riviera parts including the steering column without shifter. These standard buckets are far sportier than the diamond pattern of the Custom interior and are much rarer to find in any 71'. I should also add that the car has the very rare max track option with dash board switch above the radio.
