Up for auction is a 1976 Ford Bronco that runs and drives like a dream. Starts right up, brakes work well, transmission shifts properly. This has been fitted with a new carburetor and an earlier steering wheel (I liked the look of them better). The yellow button on the side of the steering column is the horn, which works. Very cool gun rack is installed in the rear side window. The seats are original and are in decent shape, the passenger seat has a small tear that can be seen in the photos. New black carpet has been added. The previous owner did not finish installing the front floor pans, however they ARE in place. I never bothered to weld them in permanently, but a new owner may choose to do so. Surprisingly, this Bronco has very solid kick panels on both the passenger and drivers side. There is still rust present where the cargo area meets the passenger area, as well as around the rear wheel wells. I've taken pictures of these areas for review. Besides that, the bronco is in good shape, rust-wise.
It's apparent that various panels have been repainted over the years, the most obvious is the passenger door has newer paint. However, the paint shines very well and is very presentable, just not show quality. There are spots where the paint is peeling, particularly on the hood. This would make a great cruiser, just get in it and drive! This is a NO RESERVE AUCTION.
Please see my other auctions for more Broncos, it's time for me to thin the herd.
