Chrysler Sigma GE built March 1978 in great condition for its age. This was one of the first few Sigmas assembled in Australia.It has rare made in Japan parts fitted at the factory that were left over from the Japanese production when Chrysler bought the tooling from Mitsubishi.
The car also has includes lots of new old stock parts like chrome bumpers,badges, heater tap and much more.
The car has been kept unrestored body wise with a couple of very small repairable rust bubbles starting to appear under vinyl roof. Body has a few small dints and scratches due to age that add to the honest character of this car.
Modifications include a reconditioned Astron ll 2.6 bottom end with flat top pistons, ported polished and port matched Aston l head and intake manifold, around 12:1 compression ratio, Crow Cams mild camshaft, rejetted Weber 34ADM carby, High tensile spark ignition system with single Bosch performance coil pack, Iridium spark plugs, rear mounted ( under car) faucet electric fuel pump, lowered King and Pedders springs and Pedders shocks all round, bigger GH disc brakes on front, new brake master cylinder, thicker front and rear Selby’s sway bars, and much more.
Car has all factory options including real leather seats ( not vinyl), cassette player, and air conditioning ( removed but included with sale)
Also included with sale is 5 + sets of Sigma and other aftermarket wheels ( most with tyres)
