Up for sale is my 1998 Nissan Skyline R33 GTST. It's a Feb 1998 build, one of the last, and as such is also a 40th Anniversary Edition with all badges and seat trim still in place. 
You will not find a cleaner R33 for sale anywhere in this market. I have owned the car since March 2017 and have built it up from basically stock to be an unassuming daily as well as track-capable car. It has 300.4rwkw tuned by Yavuz at Unigroup, one of the best in the biz. The tune is FULL FLEX. The car is built to be quick on the track, but still very comfortable to drive on the street. Everything works in the car including the A/C. I have spent over $35,000 on mods and tuning alone with the vast majority of these receipts still with the car including the original owners handbook from when it was imported. 
The car is serviced every 5,000kms with full synthetic oil and I am obsessed with ensuring the car runs right. It's my daily and runs beautifully. Although it has a lot of kms on it, the top end has been overhauled for reliability and the car is in generally very good shape. The car has scratches and small dings typical of a 22yo car. The wheels are XXR's that are pretty scratched up but do the job. Mods below. In the pictures you will find a couple of the receipts (I have many many more) and the last dyno graph.
