Note: The last auction the buyer didn't have the money to pay.  I have relisted and will be corresponding with buyers as the auction progresses.  You must have 5 positive transactions in the last 2 years and no negative feedback, or your bid will be cancelled.This was my daily driver until the head gasket blew on Memorial Day weekend. Now it will make a great project car. The car starts, but is NOT DRIVEABLE, it has a BLOWN HEAD GASKET! It's your typical E46 with a almost 150K miles on it.  It has the BMW Harmon Kardon Business Stereo with factory subwoofer and factory amplifier. New Vanos hose and gaskets, new oil filter housing gasket, new alternator in January, new camshaft sensor new accessory belts.  Sport suspension and memory seats with extendable leg bolsters.  Cold weather package with heated seats. Didn't have any check engine lights on before the head gasket went. Top goes up and down smoothly and locks properly.   The drivers seat is torn, included in the auction is a used BMW proper lower seat cover from a different car.  No rips, color of the used lower seat matches, just has to be installed.  Engine oil appears to be clear /dark/not milky, no coolant appears to have gotten into it when it the head gasket went. Tires are in decent shape, probably have another 10K of tread left. Happy to answer any questions before you buy it.  Buyer is responsible for pick up / shipping.  The most help I can offer is to hand over the signed title and keys when you or transport company come to pick it up.  You can start it and it runs enough to get it on a truck or trailer, but it's not drivable.
