Sale 2008 BMW M5

 I want to start off by saying I probably am going to regret selling this 1/7 Enthusiast Jem. If you believe this is just another E60 M5 with 100k miles, it??�s not. Pervious to myself, it was owned by 2 smaller guys, no family [ I have spoken to each of them ] The first owner leased the car in California, traded it for a new lease [ F10 Manual ] the minute he hit 50k, every item was fully serviced prior.  He told me that only a couple times did anyone else join him for a ride!  The second owner purchased the vehicle from a CarMax dealership that a lots for cars like this within their lot.   He is a TV Producer / Writer.  A single guy.  As he said a small guy, that also rarely had guest.  The interior of the car looks as good as one you would find in a low mileage collector car. When the second owner purchased the car, he purchased the top of the line, MaxCare Warranty which allowed him to have all of his work done by BMW Burbank, which I have records of. Now, you are going to ask if the ???Rod Bearings??? have been replaced.  Out of everything done, that has not.  That being said, they don??�t need to be.  I have owned E60 M5??�s since their arrival in 2006.   My daily driver is a 2010 SMG M5 with 124k that runs like it??�s new, minus the upgrades.  I had the rod bearings done to be proactive at 117k.  My mechanic is a BMW tech, and he drove this M5, went through all of the details of what has been and stated to me, that in a manual m5, especially being an LCI with upgraded pressure lines etc, that I would be crazy to change them now, he said everything else has been done, why do you want me to take it apart.   This is an incredible example, in and out of what a true enthusiast wants.  None of the bs like heads up display.  With E39??�s taking off and pickens are becoming very greedy, the E60 is the next E39.  Feel free to contact me [hidden information].  The vehicle is in the Des Moines, Iowa Area.
 Clean CARFAX in hand NO ACCIDENTS!  Everything has been worked on by my guys at Beckley Auto.  I also have had the rear bumper completely painted as there was some normal wear on it, as you will see it is perfect.  The car has gone through full inspection and is ready to roll.  I have all of the service records in had i can send you.  Message me for my info.   I may be a little slow to respond, but i will get back to you.  New Tires, Filters, Oil, and the list goes on and on.....
