*** MESSAGE ME FOR VIDEO OF CAR**** Purchased Jan 2018 from Circle Porsche as a Certified Pre-Owned with 48k miles. CPO warranty ends Jan 2020. MSRP was $189k. Rare Dark Blue Metallic, full leather interior, black and natural brown. I am the 4th owner. $8k std options plus $19k in exclusive options, every leather upgrade, illuminated door sills. GT2 sway bar and GT3 control arms, both OEM parts, done by prior owner. ONLY Damage is the front lip is not original, was replaced with new OEM lip from wear. Comes with transferrable Porsche platinum protection plan. This covers wheels, tires, keys, dents and windshield replacement. The plan ends Jan 2023. 2 new keys. OEM Outdoor cover and covercraft indoor cover. Super clean PCCB rotors with tons of life left on them. The pads were at 70%F/60%R as of last week, had them checked; spare set of pads included worth ~$950. Comes with factory all weather mats in addition to the stock carpet ones, spare interior rubber inserts (for console, side storage slot), extra air, cabin and oil filters, and spare spark plugs-- all stuff you will eventually need. Carpet mat behind the 2nd seats to protect from sun. Sharkwerks X-pipe available for extra $975, had this in car for 1k miles took out, it was too loud for me. Car had 60k service couple months ago at Trophy Performance in Las Vegas (certified Porsche Mechanic), and prior to that I changed the oil before parking it in winter of 2018/19. No other required service intervals came up while I owned the car. Tires are Michelin Pilot Sport 4S and have about 9k miles on them since April 2018. Right rear tire replaced last week from slow leak covered under protection plan, tread at 9/32 on new tire, tread on old is 8/32, so was no need to replace both rear tires. The front right grease boot on axle also replaced as this is a wear item and was noticed when changing tires; all done at Porsche Palm Springs. Looked at trading this in and had Porsche Palm Springs to a full inspection of the vehicle. They found no issues (other than the replaced grease boot). Ended up not trading in as they didn't have the GT3 spec that I really wanted.
Asking Price of this car is approximately based as follows: $70k for base 911 TTS at 59k miles, +$3k for rare color, +$7k for exclusive options, +$2k for std options, +$1800 GT2 sway bar/GT3 Control Arms, +$1700 warranty, +1250 extra parts + covers = $86,754.
