Hi and thanks for looking.
For sale is my Porsche Boxster 986. All I can say is that it is an honest car and looks great for 21 years old car. Great way to get in to Porsche Ownership and have some summer fun.
So the bad to start with:
Key fob is temperamental so I just use the key (common fault on Boxster)Lacquer peel on NS wing mirror (see photo)Drivers window works but clicks at top and bottom. I did get a secondhand replacement that will come with the carSmall nick in Drivers Leather SeatThe good:
Had new battery last yearGood Tyers all roundNice BBS Porsche alloysOil are separator fittedNew drilled disks all round and new pads fitted last yearNew NS radiatorConvertible in good condition and fully workingInterior is in good condition for it’s ageBody work has the usual age related marks, no rustCar has not let me down in the few years that I have had the pleasure of ownership. It is an honest car which is looking good for 21 years old. It is an absolute joy to drive, has a sports back box which sounds great but not too loud. It is due an MOT in May and has had a pre MOT. It will have a test till May 2021 before it is collected. The decals wing Bulldog can easily be removed if required.
I am in no rush to sell so please do not send silly offers, anything under 3k will be ignored. I appreciate it is difficult with the current situation, I have some video that I can send or happy to do a live walk round. Also loads of additional photos can be sent.
